“SEEKING LAW FIRM TO SUE ELON MUSK AND JOHN DOERR FOR RACKETEERING-RELATED CHARGES”
Ok, I’m a reporter who is always up for a good story. This ad caught my attention.
So I responded to: Case234 (at) xyzcase.com
I got a response.
So, it looks like some people are looking for a good law firm with brass balls. I was intrigued. I had to find out more. I wrote the address in the ad and finally convinced the plaintiffs (I agreed not to use their names, until they file their case, in order to get the little interview) to have a short discussion. They are cautious because, obviously, the will get contact from the Defendants, pretending to be lawyers, or reporters, trying to snoop out their case potential.
This is what I found out:
These plaintiffs, a group of companies, have received evidence from journalists, task force investigators, Freedom Of Information Act responses, members of the U.S. Congress, eye-witness reports, their own eye-witness experiences, New York stock exchange data sets, emails, leaks, and a variety of other sources.
Not content to lean on just the outsider-provided evidence, the plaintiffs retained internet security experts, and private investigators, who set up some sting operations to confirm a few assumptions. The stings panned out, and even more evidence was gathered.
They mentioned that the Defendants were involved in something called the “Silicon Valley Cartel”. Using both the top search engines and my own reporter databases I see that a “Silicon Valley Cartel” DOES exist, it HAS done some bad things, it HAS been sued for conspiracy and IS still under investigation and the Defendants ARE often mentioned in documentation as being part of it. Ok, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.
I took all of the info I got, from the short discussion, and used the same sort of process to check everything else that was mentioned. You can do the same thing online, yourself.
I found that people associated with the Defendants have been prosecuted, indicted or publicly charged with tax evasion, stock market rigging, sabotaging competitors, bribery, rigging the lithium ion industry, manipulating State and Federal policy and laws and other nasty bits. I found that all of the claimed financial relationships and political partnerships, of the Defendants, are supported in tens of thousands of published press stories.
So I can see that these people are very powerful, have the money and resources to tell law enforcement to look the other way (not saying they do that, but it is true, per federal campaign filings, that certain politicians would never have been put in office without their cash) , they do own, all, or a pretty good chunk of the United States lithium and solar exploitation monopolies and they did get over a hundred billion dollars of taxpayer money. OMB, IRS, GAO, and many industry studies confirm this.
It looks like the Plaintiffs feel confident that they can prove that Musk, Doerr, and some crony’s, rigged hundreds of billions of dollars of federal funding, at the expense of these other companies, brands, and the lives of these other people who did not have the power of the Musk and Doerr combine. The LA Times, Fox and everybody in-between, has recently outed Musk as a “federal mooch…” , so, there’s that. There may even be some dead whistle-blower bodies involved!
One very specific claim, that I was told, was that one of the companies has very specific evidence that John Doerr put a mole inside their company to sabotage their efforts. That sounds interesting.
I will say, “yes”, there is probably a case here, if these companies can prove that these people were involved in sabotaging their income stream. Ellen Pao went up against one of them with just her say-so. These guys are going up against them with a mountain of evidence from, both, themselves and others.
This could be a really fun trial if it gets to court. Reporters, like me, will be lined up at the court room doors to get some sound-bites from this. Check out www.xyzcase.com
Are you a big law firm that wants some of those billions? These guy can pay you a part of the winnings or pay on something called a “hybrid-contingency fee” structure.
Do it! Do It! Big Law Firm. I need the great copy this will generate.
