Frieden has been arrested for inappropriately touching at least one
woman, according to the New York City Police Department.
incident happened on Oct. 20, 2017, inside Frieden's Brooklyn
residence, the NYPD said.
charged with one count each of forcible touching, sex abuse and
harassment, according to police. He was expected to make a court
appearance later Friday.

The CDC said it had no information about the allegation.
